About This Trip

“Keep climbing; your fruits are on the top!”
― Israelmore Ayivor
It’s an adventure which challenges you physically, psychologically and emotionally. The panoramic views from this peak which stands to the South of Leh includes Karakoram, Ladakh and Zanskar ranges along with a bird’s eye view of Leh city and Indus Valley. Stok Kangri peak is a great way to summit a 6000m plus Himalayan peak without much mountaineering skills or experience. The challenge of steep climbs, exhaustion and depleted density of air makes this trek challenging but highly rewarding. As acclimatization becomes a necessity for this trek for the first two days at Leh, exploring Leh becomes a big perk to summit Stok Kangri.
