Trip Itinerary

You will arrive at Manali at around 10:00 a.m. where our representative will be available to greet you. Hop on the vehicle, and get mesmerised with the scenic beauty of Manali as our representative will drive you to your beautiful stay. Check-in, have some rest then freshen up for a day of sightseeing. 

Today we will visit Old Manali, do some café-hopping, visit Manu and Hadimba Temple.
 Later, Dinner and Night stay at our beautiful stay
Wake up early to enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Post breakfast you'll head towards the beautiful Solang Valley and Vashisht (Solang Valley is full of adventure activities like Paragliding and Skiing). You can also enjoy a Hot Water Spring bath at Vashisth. Later, arrive at the Lodge for New Year Eve's celebrations by a Bonfire and have Dinner and Night stay
Today post breakfast you'll head out for another day of sightseeing. Today you'll visit of Naggar Fort, Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery and you'll head to the Bus Station at Manali for your onward journey back home

▪ Accommodation in Monks Nest (Homestay) on tripple sharing basis ▪ Meals include Lunch on Day 01, Breakfast and Dinner on Day 02 and Breakfast on Day 3. Meals will be simple, nourishing, hot, fresh and vegetarian mostly including a variety of Indian and local pahaadi cuisines where ever possible ▪ Morning & Evening refreshments at the Monks Nest stays. ▪ Professional and experienced staff to cater your needs for the whole Trip ▪ A neat and clean vehicle for the journey with an experienced driver especially for hilly terrains ▪ Transport from Manali to Manali ▪ Parking fees and other Tolls and Taxes wherever payable

The standard administrative charge of 10% of the cost of the trip – Not refundable any point of time • Between 60 - 30 days: 25% of the Trip Cost • Between 29 - 20 days: 50% of the Trip Cost • Between 19 - 10 days: 75% of the Trip Cost • Less than 9 days from the date of departure: 100% of the Trip Cost

Other information

• It is mandatory to carry the following documents along with you. Document 2 needs to be downloaded, filled in duly signed and handed over to the Trip Leader at the Base camp. 1. Original and photocopy of government photo identity card- (driving license, voters ID, etc.) 2. Indemnity form to be filled by the traveller Indemnity Bond OM
• It is utmost important to notify Outdoor Monks with any pertaining medical and health conditions before booking of the trip. • Outdoor Monks strongly prohibit the intake of alcohol and smoking while on the trip. • Outdoor Monks strongly insists all our fellow traveler to consider minimum and maximum age limit of each trip. Not doing so will result in cancellation of the trip. • Outdoor Monks remains stiff upon all information presented for a trip. Please read all the documents relating to itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policy, trip essentials, terms, and conditions.
• If the trip gets cancelled at the last moment due to natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances. Outdoor Monks will issue a voucher for the full trip cost which can be redeemed for the same or any other trip during a period of next six months. • Outdoor Monks does not hold the liability for any loss/damage of personal belonging while on the trip. • 30% Advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation (non-refundable). • Full payment before 12 days from the date of starting the Tour (non-refundable). • While on the trip. Outdoor Monks strictly prohibits any kind of miss conduct • Outdoor Monks under utmost priority maintains the dignity of fellow travellers, locals, and team. Any kind of misconduct while on the trip will not be tolerated, found doing so will result in cancellation of your participation forthright.
